Itinerary

FULL TOUR

Day 1 – Monday, September 8th: Iasi – Suceava – Vama

Breakfast (included)

Morning: Depart from Iasi and drive to Suceava
Afternoon: Visit a workshop and museum to learn about and purchase traditional Bucovina painted eggs. (to be confirmed)
Evening: Check-in to your accommodation in Suceava and enjoy a traditional Romanian dinner.


Day 2 – Tuesday, September 9th: Suceava – Painted Monasteries – Vatra Dornei

Breakfast (included)

Morning: Depart from Suceava and explore the Painted Monasteries of Bucovina, such as Suceavita and Voronet.
Afternoon: Drive to Vatra Dornei and check-in to your accommodation. Enjoy a famously known Spa experience in Vatra Dornei (optional).
Evening: Savor the flavors of traditional Romanian cuisine.


Day 3 – Wednesday, September 10th: Vatra Dornei – Bistrita – Cluj-Napoca

Breakfast (included)

Morning: Depart from Vatra Dornei and drive to Bistrita, a charming medieval town with a well-preserved historic center. Visit the Bistrita Fortress.
Afternoon: Have a leisurely lunch in one of the town’s many restaurants. Continue your journey to Cluj-Napoca and check-in to your accommodation.
Evening: Delight yourself with a traditional Romanian dinner.


Day 4 – Thursday, September 11th: Cluj-Napoca – Alba Iulia – Sibiu

Breakfast (included)

Morning: Explore Cluj-Napoca’s historic center, including the St. Michael’s Church and the Central Park.
Afternoon: Drive to Alba Iulia, a significant historical site with impressive fortifications and the Alba Carolina Citadel.
Evening: Continue your journey to Sibiu, a charming city with a well-preserved medieval center.


Day 5 – Friday, September 12th: Sibiu – Sighisoara – Brasov

Breakfast (included)

Morning: Explore the medieval citadel and the Clock Tower.
Afternoon: Explore the Citadel, the Clock Tower, and the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler.
Evening: Depart from Sighisoara to Brașov via DN13/E60. Enjoy a traditional Romanian dinner in one of the town’s many restaurants.


Day 6 – Saturday, September 13th: Brașov – Bran Castle

Breakfast (included)

Morning: Visit Bran Castle. Driving time to Bran Castle: Approximately 30 minutes.
Afternoon: Take a cable car ride up to the Tâmpa Mountain for panoramic views of the city.
Evening: Enjoy a delightful dinner in the small streets of Brasov.


Day 7 – Sunday, September 14th: Brasov – Piatra Neamt – Iasi

Breakfast (included)

Morning: Depart from Brașov and drive towards Bacău (approximately 3 hours).
Afternoon: Explore the Neamt Monastery and the surrounding area. This historic monastery is one of the most important religious sites in Romania, known for its beautiful architecture and rich history.
Evening: Continue your journey to Iasi (approximately 2-3 hours).

HALF TOUR

Make your reservation online:

Log in to view the trips you are interested in, then click on RESERVATION in the upper right-hand corner and complete the form.

Belo Europe will send you a confirmation email with the next steps within two business days.

You will also receive instructions on how to make the deposit to guarantee your place on the trip(s). Please contact Belo Europe directly if you have any questions about making a reservation.

1 – Payment

To guarantee your place on the trip, you must first pay your trip in full.

2 – Cancellation

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Belo Europe Travel reserves the right to cancel planned trips if reservation numbers are not met. In this case, the client will be fully refunded.

Belo Europe Travel reserves the right to postpone the trip or offer varied programs, with the client’s consent.

If the participant decides to cancel their trip reservation, he or she will pay a penalty according to when a written request to cancel was received by Belo Europe Travel.

Penalties for cancellation are as follows:

*Cancelled up to 60 days before the start date of the trip: full refund of amount paid by participant.
*Cancelled between 59 and 21 days before the start date of the trip: pay 30% of the trip’s price.
*Cancelled between 20 and 7 days before the start date of the trip: pay 60% of the trip’s price.
*Cancelled between 6 days or less before the start date of the trip: pay 100% of the trip’s price.

If a participant leaves during the trip for any reason, no refund will be given. Belo Europe Travel will reimburse clients in the form of payment in which it was received unless there is a written request to do otherwise.

3 – Confirmation

Your spot on the trip will be assured after paying the deposit amount stated in your “Reservation Confirmation” email.

4 – Make your payment

The Trip Confirmation e-mail will contain instructions for making payment with Credit Card (via payment link. Please note if you choose this option, up to 5% credit card fees might be applied after checkout) and Wire Transfer. If you need any assistance with payments, you can e-mail us at financial@beloeurope.com.

*Note that international wire transfers and Credit Card payments are subject to banking fees from your local bank as well as hosts/intermediary banks. Participants are responsible for paying all fees. Please add enough money to cover all transfer fees.

What to Pack

Not included in Any Trips:

Lunches:
Europe is rich in many different cuisines. Enjoy some free time every day at lunch to discover with your friends the tasty food of the countries we will visit. Count around €15/day for your lunch.
Airfare to and from the start and end of the trip.

Mandatory items:

Original Passport – you will not be allowed to travel without their passport;
Approximately € 250 – for personal expenses during the trip, such as meals, snacks.
If you are interested in buying gifts and souvenirs, remember to bring a larger amount;
Lock for luggage.

Clothing and other necessary items:

Jeans, trousers and/or shorts, skirts – take a look at the weather before you leave home and decide what you will need to wear;
Sandals, sneakers, tennis shoes and/or walking shoes (we will be doing a lot of walking on this trip)
T-shirts (also remember: some places can get as hot as 40ºC in the summer);
Sweatshirts; layered clothing;
Jacket (take a look at the weather before you leave home, also, nights can be chilly!)
Dress clothes for a special dinner night;
Personal health products;
Cap;
Sunscreen (this is VERY important!);
